Dear Valued Customer,

Some important changes regarding FreshChoice Te Ngae's online store, effective from Friday, January 2nd, 2026 (the New Year):

  1. Delivery Service: We will be discontinuing our standard home delivery service. Our convenient Click & Collect (online order pickup) and Uber Eats services will still be available for you to shop our products.

  2. Unlimited Delivery/Pickup Subscription service will be discontinued. If you have an active membership that extends past this date, you will still receive unlimited service until the end of your current subscription cycle.

Unfortunately, due to changing economic factors, the two services mentioned above are no longer viable for our store. We apologise for the inconvenience this causes. We remain committed to offering you the same excellent service and quality products you expect from FreshChoice Te Ngae, utilising our Click & Collect options.
